What is HCG? |

Since the early appearance of the HCG in female body, even in the early 10 weeks, HCG could be increasing according to the development of the embryo. That is the reason people choose HCG as a best standard for pregnancy. With ELISA and radioactive immunity to test the HCG value in natural and un-natural pregnant female¡¯s urine, we could get a pregnancy conclusion according to the HCG value in urine and serum.HCG has been increased in the early 7-8 days after female¡¯s ovulation process (during the 21-22 days of menstruate cycle). But it can also be postponed after 15 days of ovulation. |

What is t he best period for pregnancy test? |
Generally 7-49 days would be the suitable period for testing after sex. There would be some difference between the positive and weak positive depending on your different testing period. |

What is positive, negative or weak positive? |
Positive ---- very possible to get pregnancy; Weak positive ---- possible but can not be confirmed. Suggest to retest after 48 hours. Negative ---- no pregnancy or HCG value has not reached a standard level. |

What should you do if you were weak positive? |
| Retest your urine after 48 hours of your first weak positive test. If the weak positive result still last for a long time, please turn to the hospital for further testing: Sometimes very high level HCG content could have weak positive result |

The best time for testing |
Right after supposed menstruate period, HCG test could be done on the same day (HCG always exists during the pregnancy period). Morning urine is preferred for the HCG test, because the first morning urine is without dilute which would contain high level HCG. |

Is it OK to read the outcome after reading time? |
| Over the reading time, the result would not have the scientific bases. If the result is negative on the end of reading time, but the strip still shows a light red line after the reading time. Maybe that is the result of continuing releasing of the color signed materials, the result would not be considered as the right one |

The first appearing day for T line deeper than C line should be a suitable time. That means 14-48hours would be the best time for couples to have a baby from the first result of T line deeper than C line.

When is the best time for sex after appearing the highest LH result? |
Ovulation could happen during 24-48 hours after the LH result reaching the highest level in urine. The ovum can live in female body for 24 hours. That is the reason we suggest couples make love after 14-48 hours once LH has the highest level in the urine. |

Does water drinking influence the right result of LH? |
There maybe some possible to appear the negative result, once the urine get dilution for taking too much water. Suggest controlling water drinking 2 hours before testing. |
